Hi,
I'm having a look at what to do with the help files.

Just 2 comments/questions:
1) I've seen no reference section in xml files.
I suppose it should be coded:
<SECTION label="References">

2) the email addresses are badly transcripted (AT) and DOT for @ and .

About the latest SIP-dev release, there's still the problem of the 
sip_colormap.sci function missing.

Well, I'll try to verify my xml files soon.
