[SIP-devel] XML files corrected

	Hello Ricardo,

	A worked in some files but I could not perform "make" to test it 
correctly, because of my home version of SIP, I think.
	If you still need help with some files, I'm available. Of course, time 
still an important problem, but it's a pleasure help with SIP.
