[SIP-devel] a SIP french presentation

Hi,
I intend to present SIP to colleagues of other "BTS genie optique" centers. 
One of my friends will first present Scilab.

So, I inspired from Ricardo's presentation for the general presentation and 
added some examples to convince my public that SIP is simple and powerful.
