[SIP-devel] colormaps

Hi,
As I browsed the TODO site, I saw that in section enhancement, there was a 
request for more predefined colormaps.

I contacted Enrico Serge to know if he allowed to reuse his code. He agreed.
So I rearranged it in a more convenient way (I hope so) than the original 
code.

I think it's useful for 2 reasons:
1) the colormap is directly available in a matrix.
2) I'm not sure everybody wants to crawl the net, searching for interesting 
functions in toolboxes. As it's well adapted to image treatement, I think it 
could take place in SIP.

I wrote the help page in xml, as it's becoming the standard for Scilab 
documentation. I hope it's allright for everyone.

I was not very inspired for the name, so if someone has a better idea...
