Hi,
Here's the final piece to my contributions: a help page for 
interferometry_gui.

I tried to show how to use it with the example pictures that are found in the 
images/photonics directory.

I think, for me, it's all for SIP-0.3.0
Of course, I've still got ideas, but they'll be for the next development 
serie.
