All right, I was too impatient... I did the test with gcc-2.96 on my Debian: very long but successfull (maybe Ricardo could just signal this in the INSTALL.TXT: some people (like me) might not be patient enough). Good... As I'm looking at the new sip-version, I remember that I suggested a function mkfftfilter to easily create filters (like Butterworth) for fft filtering purposes. I did not see it in the dev versions.
