Hi,
Having a look at the ToDo website for SIP, I coded
a function to select a Region Of Interest (ROI) with the mouse.

It works fine with Scilab-2.7 with gray and color images (with Scilab-2.6, 
there's a little problem of matrix sizes with color images: see manual pages 
to solve it).
