[SIP-devel] new animal-devel list

Hi, all,

a new list for the ANIMAL was created.
ANIMAL is AN IMAging Library, written in C language.
It forms the core to the SIP toolbox (http://siptoolbox.sf.net), and
may also be used independently from Scilab and SIP.

I apologize for strange emails you may have received (tests and
