[SIP-devel] bug in interfeometry-gui

Hi,
The function snap1() in the gui asked for a filename but did not use it.
I send a corrected version in which I added tests in video1() and snap1() to 
be sure the user is on a Linux box with xawtv installed (or running).
That's the only change I did.
