Hi,
I had a quick look to your modifications on the gui. 
The 1st thing is that I need the normalize function for some image 
manipulations.
The 2nd is about the TODO section: I really like the "Is it OK ?" dialog, 
because I can see the original picture and the modified one at the same time.
I think a undo button would not be that convenient.

I'm still working on this gui and I hope to send you soon a new version.
