[SIP-devel] truecolor in scilab

Dear co-developers,

We need a volunteer to develop truecolor support in Scilab.  Only
65534 colors are available, and the display is very slow.  (its 65534
because Scilab reserves two colors for itself) This is very high
priority since SIP depends on this feature to be able to process
truecolor images. This task requires a very skilled C programmer and
with enough time and endurance.

Now to the good news: I have incorporated jocelyn's contributions into
SIP and made some enhancements on other stuff.  A new development
version will be due soon.
