[SIP-devel] phase calculation

Hi,
I cleaned my work for phase calculating when using phase-shifted images.
I tested formulas with 3 to 5 pictures.

I wrote a long (but I hope useful) example in the man page to help people 
unfamiliar with phase-shifting and phase-unwrapping.
To avoid giving 8 pictures, the images are computed (simulated) in the 
example.

Hope you find this interesting.
Feel free to correct my english in the man pages, as I'm not a native speaker.
