as the SIP homepage have been down for a while,
please use the following url to download SIP 0.2.0 files:

BTW, from that link you may download

	sip-0.2.0-win-sci2.6-NOTWORKING.zip

which is the binary package I built for Windows using MinGW
(www.mingw.org). It *should* install by a simple "exec loader.sce",
but Scilab crashes if you try to execute any function implemented as a C
routine.
