I must be insane... I have a meeting today and I haven't prepared a thing. It's just so cool to play with Scilab and SIP I can't stop :-) Even more when a new, easy-to-install SIP binary for Linux is available for us to download! And it is totally self-contained, no need to install ImageMagick or AnImaL. Just an "exec loader.sce;". Of course, this binary package is a bit larger (3 MB), but it's convenient for the end-user. It would be nice if you test it so we can soon release a new stable version, SIP 0.2.0. A binary for windows will be released as soon as I get the DLL build process to work under MinGW (www.mingw.org). It will be a little tedious, but then probably SIP 0.2.0 will be announced. cheers, Ricardo. -- Ricardo Fabbri, Cybernetic Vision Research Group, USP, Brazil. http://cyvision.if.sc.usp.br/~rfabbri |
