HI, I am using Scilab-5.1.1 with sip 4here's an improvement suggested from the following out of
SIP/Scilab-0.4.2.
I am doing:
a=imread("foto.jpg");

after that i receive the follow message:
!-error 999
imread:NoDecodeDelegateForThisImageFormat `foto.bmp' @ co bs.
