In my firewall PC eth0 and ath0 (wireless) are the inbound interfaces. Eth1 is the outbound interface. Do I need two siproxd instances with different configuration files?

I'm interested in this too, I've read somewhere (here I think but I can't find the thread) that it's not possible ATM but it's planned for the future.
I wondered if it was possible to set the inbound interface to lo and then use iptables (probably through shorewall or similar) to redirect the relevant ports to siproxd?
Other than ports 5060 tcp and 7070 - 7079 udp what other ports / protocols would be required?
