#16 sippy crashes at start

Dear Sirs,

I installed sippy on my PDA (i-mate K-jam with windows mobil 5 OS 5.1.195 build 14847.2.0.0). After successful installation it was complaining at starting the application that the .NET Compact Framework is old and it needs a newer one.
I downloaded from Microsoft the version Compact Framework 2.0 SP2 and installed it.

After this sippy still crashes at start with the message "File or Assemblyname InTheHand.PocketOutlook Version=1.1.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=187F51831F4F7DFE or a dependency of it has not been found.

I would like to ask you to look at the failure message and give me some hints what to do.
