#49 Support User Location feature

Microsoft Lync 2010 allows users to supply information about their
current location through the Lync client [1]. The Lync server can also
be configured with policies to use this information for things like E911
[2].

The location feature is very useful to have in an office environment
where users move around a lot. It would be great if SIPE could be
enhanced to support setting and viewing this information.

I'm not sure if this is still relevant. SIPE does show location information for a buddy if the address book entry contains such information (see SIPE_BUDDY_INFO_xxx).
