[Sipdht-devel] Added routing functionalities

Hi all,

we have just added routing functionalities (instead of redirection) to
both the library and the tools.

Routing can be toggled through:
+ the sipdht_peer_set_routing function in the library;
+ the '-R' option in the sipdht tool.

The new functionalities are available in libsipdht 0.4.0 and
sipdht-tools 0.2.0.

Once again, many thanks to Stefano who contributed most of the code.
