Validation

Validate Reads with PopTE2 show that the simulated TE insertions can be found.

Validate Illumina reads:
Just simulate reads from the chasis without TEs
Show that the error rate is correct, the insert size and insert size distribution; also coverage.

Validate PacBio reads:
show that read distribution fits new feature, the read-distrbituion option. Program the read-distribution loader.
