SimulAdren underwent a significant upgrade. Version 2.0 introduces significant new features, including support for different models, setting initial conditions, new model versions with first-order delay kinetics (ASIA elements) and continuation of models.

SimulAdren has been upgraded to version 1.3 (Green Lizard). This new version introduces functionality to save plots and the block diagram of the information processing structure as graphics files.

Version 1.2 of SimulAdren has been released. This major upgrade introduces functionality to save and read scenarios as XML files according to MIASE and MIRIAM guidelines, and support for high-res displays on Windows.

SimulAdren has been published in version 1.1.

This extended version introduces a genetic algorithm to estimate unknown parameters and an option to save time series as a file.

It is available as a precompiled app for macOS and Windows and as source code for Linux and other operating systems from https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.16324703 or https://simuladren.sf.net. The source code has been mirrored at https://github.com/jwdietrich21/SimulAdren and https://codeberg.org/jwdietrich/SimulAdren.

SimulAdren is available in version 1.0 (Rudolphina). This first version is intended for purposes of testing and for the development of hypotheses.
