simtoolapplet-announce — Announcements regarding simtool applet

Hi!

The first release of Simtool via sourceforge.net is now ready for
downloading [1]. It consists of only one jar file which includes source
code, byte code and necessary ressources for execution (such as icons).

Important changes:
As already mentioned, Simtool comes as a single (signed) jar file. It is
no longer required to change any security settings in the .java.policy
file. Many thanks to Bjoern!
