SimThyr 4.0 released

We are pleased to announce SimThyr 4.0, a major re-write of the popular virtual thyroid homeostasis software.

This version features a plethora of new functions, including but not limited to null isocline plots, enhanced data export options and model annotations supporting the creation of MIRIAM-compliant models. This functionality required a partial re-implementation of the simulation engine and more than 130 SVN commits. In additions, multiple bugs have been fixed.

SimThyr 4.0 is compatible to macOS, Windows and Linux. The free software is available from http://simthyr.sf.net .
