SimThyr 4.0 Beta 2 ready for download

A second beta version of SimThyr 4.0 is available from http://sourceforge.net/projects/simthyr/files/Unstable%20versions/ . It fixes some bugs that were left in the first beta version and adds the option to save results of two-way sensitivity analysis as numeric values.
