SimThyr 4.0 Beta available

A prerelease version of the upcoming SimThyr 4.0 (Merlion) has been made available from http://sourceforge.net/projects/simthyr/files/Unstable%20versions/ . The archive contains source code and compiled applications for macOS and Windows.

Please note that this is an unfinished beta version that may still contain significant bugs.
