I thought I installed it for compiling the SimSpark server. But unfortunately I decided that the admin-machine doesn't need a SimSpark server and therefore didn't install ruby. My fault - sorry for that. After I installed ruby, the scores are properly reported etc. and it works like a charm again. Thanks again for your help!
