according to CFP: "They should include evidence of impact of the released
component to the RoboCup community. Review of these contributions will be
based on technical contribution and benefit for the RoboCup community."

I think the content looks like [1] and [2], but focuses more on the recent
improvement and current state. We can also invite the authors of [1,2] to
help us.
