I think having the manual in the Wiki would be great! We could still have a nice PDF version every once in a while, but focus on the Wiki which should be easier to keep up to date.

Would you be willing to go ahead and start this? I'm sure people will help once the first pages are there, but it's always good if someone takes the lead.
