[simspark-devel] Patch: "KickOff Right" in rcssmonitor3d

I still have a patch laying around on the machines used in German OPEN 2009 
introducing a binding for KickOffRight in rcssmonitor3d. Without this key it is 
not possible to complete a match using the monitor because it is not possible 
to let the second team kick off after halftime.

How should I send those patches? Inline, attachment or may I join the project 
and get an SVN login?
