Simpy API Python 1.1 Available

I'm proud and pleased to announce the immediate availability of version 1.1 of the Python client for the REST API for http://simpy.com

Most noteable Change:
The lib is now released under a dual license. You can use it under Apache v2 or LGPL v2.1

Additional Changes:
* allowed for all notes to be retrieved at once (without search)
* added support for DeleteNote API call
* fixed issue when trying to update notes or links with non-ASCII characters
updates for simpy.py version 1.1
* added id attribute to Note class
