#13 Newline -> cursor disappears & wrong placement of text

Procedure:

1. Choose the bullet list.
2. Enter "Hello".
3. Position the cursor at the end of "Hello".
4. Press shift + enter, leading to an entry of a hardbreak; cursor disappears.
5. Press left arrow key; cursor reappears at the end of "Hello".
6. Press enter, leading to an entry of a new bullet, with cursor disappearing.
7. Type "Dolly".

Erroneous behavior:
E1: Disappearing cursor, as described above.
E2: After 7., the text "Dolly appears above the second bullet, instead of after it.

Versions:
Windows Vista
Java 1.6.0_05
