I've got a test release of 0.9.2 ready for you guys to bang around.

New Comment and Trackback spam filters.
Sitewide IP banning
numerous bug fixes
updated ADOdb libraies
updated RSS/Atom parsing libraries

What still needs to be done
fix the "no entry/preview" bug
maybe add one of the timezone patches that have been submitted

My test environment is currently PHP 4.3.11, Apache 1.3.31, mysql 4.0.25 
on Linux.

I haven't tested against postgres yet, but i will at some point.

Anyone who can try this against other DBs and other platforms would be a 
great help.
