[Simplog-devel] user admin - help!!

Is anyone else having problems with the user admin stuff?  I'm trying 
to figure out

1) how to make adding a new blog stop adding all the users in the user 
list to every new blog.
2) why the add/delete users to blog_acl isn't working the way I expect.

I'm also having more trouble than usual navigating my way through the 
code...probably due to my lack of expertise in javascript.
