Here's the first public beta of the 0.9.2 release

i'm hoping that we've got all he bugs squashed so that this can become 
the final release candidate.  The only major left to do is update the 
documentation to include the new features.

What's New:
Can now post images to entries from a flickr account
Comment and TrackBack spam filters
IP banning
