With all respect, it's annoying to see the ADOdb_iteration or whatever 
there is while I'm already rubbing my hands with anticipation. What's 
worse - I am told that installing ADOdb will make my life faster and 
easier. Sound like a mega-corporation trap. No, thanks.

Is it really so hard to insert another if/else - Yes, I want the ADOdb 
vs. No, I don't?
