I am using Balenos Etcher from Ubuntu Linux and I want to try Simplicity. I am still kind of new to Linux. When I go to create the USB drive it says No partition table in ISO. I go ahead and create the drive but the computer will not boot in to the installation. What am I doing wrong?

Would love to know how you made it work. I have tried multiple times with multiple different live usb programs and nothing has worked for me. Every time I try etcher it tells me it isn't a bootable image

Sorry I thought I figured it out but I was not able to get it to work so if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. I am going to try and use Windows Rufus to create the USB drive but I do not think it will work

So Rufus did not work either. I am going to look some more in to this. I will post any updates

Ok got it to boot. Had to go in to bios and enable Legacy drives in the boot section. Then when you go to boot go to your boot menu by pressing the correct key at boot such as DEL, ESC, F12 etc.... depending on your computer. Then scroll down to usb drive or as it says on my computer mass storage device.
Then you have to select from the menu how you want to boot. I had to select the third option to loan Simplicity linux in to RAM. This booted in to a LIVE image and then from that point you can look at Simplicity Linux.
    Hope this helps others.
