Simplex WebCMS is aimed at people who want a simple WebCMS, it requires only minimal technical knowledge. Everything is editable, even the editor. It has generally more capabilities then a complex WebCMS because of the everything applies to everything, like the editor example.

Currently Simplex WebCMS is developing it's basic interface, next year the first version will come online.
