Parses simplex expressions:
simplex: objective function & constraints,
objective function: the objective only,
constraints: a set of inequalities and equalities,
equality: a single equality,
inequality: a single inequality.

The parser is built on Antlr4. Requires Java7 or greater to build, because of the use of the <> diamond shortcut for generics.
