what is the SimpleXlsxWriter license?

I know that the documentation on the front page suggests that there are no license restrictions for this code but unfortunately I cannot use this code unless a license is explicitly declared (or explicitly says there is no licensing).

Would it be possible either in reply to this post or on a webpage for this project to get the licensing terms definitely stated by Pavel?
