[Simpleweb-py-users] simpleweb download page

I think it would be nice to have a "download" link on the simpleweb site. I
notice the "getstarted" page has the necessary information on downloading
simpleweb and it's dependencies. Having these as a brief list on a download
page would be useful though. Just a thought...
