#6 Alerts for Tickets older than 30 minutes

The ticketing system will be transparent to end users -
they will be able to check times. We need to have an
easy way to alert techs that tickets are approaching 30
minutes. Can you figure out a way to do this in the
ticket system or is it going to be a function of our
screen?
