#5 Pending Ticket area (formerly New Tickets)

So just to remind you. We talked about changing the
function of the New Tickets i.e. Pending Tickets area.

Per the previous suggestion:

User | Company | Description | Created (include time)

Now if you hover of the User the previously offered
fields should be included. The same is true for Company.

Now on description just show the description entered by
the user in a popup - no need to open the ticket.
Also, to the left of the ticket have a "grab the ticket
button" - Once you grab it give them the option to put
it back - i.e. if they grabbed it by accident. So no
opening the ticket like in My Tickets - just grabbing them.
