We need another section under Stats, called All Tickets.
This section will help anyone look at tickets oldest to
newest. Here is how I think it should display tickets:
Oldest first with highest priority, then next oldest
with highest priority, and so on.
Field to display:
Client | User | Engineer | Date Last Modified | Date
Entered
We need a quick, easy way to view the log of the ticket
and a way to quickly reassign it.
