Hi,

Hudson is a great, active and well known tool for CI. Since SimpleTest
can export the tests results as xml
(extensions/junit_xml_reporter.php) hudson can build graphs based on
those results. Additional metrics like checkstyle (with
PHP_CodeSniffer) can also be included.
