Nice of you to post this on the SimpleTest forum :).

But yes, SimpleTest has been neglected for the last couple of years 
due to children and an unwanted management workload. I hope for a 
string of updates RSN.

Actually E_STRICT. E_NOTICE has worked since version 1.0.1.
