don't work while fetching. It doesn't take care of the
recorded size of this window

- keep on the server (or no fetch)

while fetching, shows the name of the account instead
of name of pop server.
- Add button or NLlist for executing AREXX script (no via
the menu)
- Address book : there is no sort by name
