YAM addressbook format lack of separates fields for
City and Zip code, State and Country. So SimpleMail
automatically assign those two filed to "ZIP/Postal
Code" and "Country" respectively.
But the YAM label of these merged field suggest
different content by separating each of them with a "/" :
City/Zip
State/Country
So up to now I've always filled my addressbook using
this convention:
City/Zip: Montréal/H2G 1S9
State/Country: Québec/Canada
And I'm pretty sure I'm not alone using this convention. :)
Can I suggest you to check if there is a single "/"
character in the field? If there is a such character,
SimpleMail can then cuts the string and assigns both
part to the proper field. It would be very handy. Thanks!
