#71 Configurable MIME types

For those of using a WB replacement (such as Dopus or Scalos) the option to be able to use those filetypes instead of Deficons would be nice.

And as I explained in another report (oops!) the datatypes
are chosen in these cases and it would be better to let the
user select an external viewer (for videos but other datas
too).
