#199 Spam filter options

Please add the following options for handling spam:
- detected spam automatically moved to spam folder
- mark message as spam by pressing the "Spam" button and moved to spam folder
- in spam folder exchange "Spam" button in "no Spam" button and by pressing this button mark message as no spam an moved to incoming folder
