#183 ARexx - ADDRLISTFREEZE and ADDRLISTTHAW

Suggested new commands for the ARexx interface:

ADDRLISTFREEZE
Freezes the refresh of the address list. Useful if many ADDRNEWs have to be done.

ADDRLISTTHAW
Re-enables the refresh of the address list. Used in conjunction with ADDRLISTFREEZE

After a second thought...

Although the contact list is refreshed (sorted) each time a new contact is added (with ADDRNEW), the whole process of importing a foreign address book is not THAT long. It's also not something one will do often.

So please consider these new commands as a low priority feature request.
